The garlic cloves are all picked, peeled, and chopped before being packed into a jar. The pickling process is traditional and all natural. We use apple cider vinegar, fresh herbs, and a little salt to create a jar of tasty pickled garlic cloves. The jar comes with a recipe for using the pickled garlic cloves.
